The business practice carried out in the Comercializadora de Multidrogas SAS of the city of Monteria, in the semester 2021-2, was developed in a support modality in the marketing department in order to contribute to continuous improvement for the provision of quality services. This work aims to analyze the needs of the company in order to carry out an implementation of the improvement plan. Achieving this from the Using the DOFA matrix as a method of business analysis. Bearing in mind that several loyalty surveys were carried out on both suppliers and customers in which the aforementioned matrix could be identified and thus provide an improvement plan for the area.
