This research established the relationship between Leadership Styles, Resilience and Labor Productivity, which was carried out with 200 participants from the bars, restaurants and discotheques sector of Sincelejo, Colombia. The Multifactor Leadership questionnaire (instrument to measure leadership styles), CD-RISC 10 (questionnaire to measure resilience) and the Labor Productivity survey questionnaire were applied to the sample. The data analysis was executed through the Models of Structural Equations, according to the results a direct correlation was identified between the variables of Resilience and Labor Productivity. While with the variable of Leadership Styles it was not possible to establish a representative relationship for the population.
