Publicación Acceso abierto Desarrollo de una herramienta ofimática para el seguimiento de cuentas médicas de la IPS Otorrinolaringólogos Asociados de Córdoba, OTOC S.A.S.(2023-07-06) Causil Lopez, Loana; Durán Rojas, ElviraThe process of invoicing and filing of accounts is responsible for maintaining the financial information of health organizations for their economic sustainability. The Institution Providing Health Services (IPS) Otorrinolaringólogos Asociados de Córdoba (OTOC) S.A.S. of the city of Montería, presented some inconsistencies in the reception of supporting documents and in the filing of accounts, therefore, it is necessary to have an instrument that allows the timely follow-up of medical accounts. The objective of the business practice is to develop an office automation tool for the follow-up of medical accounts of the IPS OTOC S.A.S. of Montería, Córdoba. The methodology is descriptive with a quantitative approach; the observation technique was used. Likewise, the current regulations and the files of medical accounts were taken into account to develop the office automation tool for follow-up, which was pilot tested with two medical accounts of the patients treated at the IPS. Computer equipment with Microsoft Excel, tape recorder and stationery were used. The design of the office automation tool for the follow-up of the medical accounts was achieved with the support of the Unit's personnel to validate it, considering the elements that the electronic invoice of the IPS has. These elements include the IPS's NIT, the provider's code, address, telephone, and e-mail. After the IPS information is the invoice date, invoice due date and payment method; it also contains the EPS and patient information, which starts with the entity, the NIT, the EPS address, telephone, patient name, identification, date of birth of the user, date of admission, date of discharge, the contract that was agreed with the IPS, the fee for services rendered, type of affiliation, patient age, regimen and admission. Finally, the service code, manual, description of the service, quantity, unit value, total subtotal value, discount, VAT, co-payment, co-payment, co-moderation fee, copayment and total to be paid. During the pilot test carried out with the two electronic invoices of the IPS, it has been decided to add 6 elements to the office automation tool for tracking medical bills. These elements are the following: date of the finding, inconsistency found, unit responsible for the inconsistencies, date of the corrective action, corrective action, and unit responsible for the corrective action. The purpose of this addition is to facilitate the follow-up of medical accounts that present inconsistencies during the billing process. The office automation tool will allow timely action for the proper handling of accounts in the billing and filing process.Publicación Acceso abierto Evaluación térmica y experimental de un banco de Intercambiadores de calor de tubo y coraza utilizando Gases provenientes de la combustión de pellet de mezcla de Biomasa y flujo agua en configuración variable(2018-04-08) Martín Peña, Miguel Leonardo; Reza Morales, Oscar DavidEste trabajo de investigación está desarrollado en el campo de la termodinámica, específicamente en el área de transferencia de calor. Consta de cinco partes, la primera se compone del diseño y construcción de un banco de intercambiadores de calor compuesto por un combustor de pellets, un sistema de circulación de agua y otro de circulación de gases de combustión; de configuración ajustable según las posiciones para los intercambiadores, el equipo tiene una línea de precalentamiento y otra de calentamiento para tres intercambiadores. En la segunda parte se desarrolla la optimización de una batería de mezclas de biomasas residuales de cultivos de la región (Algodón, Ajonjolí, Arroz, Maíz y Coco) a través del software estadístico Minitab 17, para proceder a la tercera parte del proyecto que consta de la elaboración y fabricación de los pellets. La cuarta parte se compone de la puesta en marcha de 30 pruebas, obtenidas entre el cruce de las 5 mezclas optimizadas y los 6 montajes posible; con el fin de obtener los datos necesarios para la realización de un análisis de las eficiencias de las configuraciones evaluadas, se desarrolló de una interfaz gráfica y un código de programación en el software EES (Engineering Equation Solver) partiendo de las ecuaciones necesarias para el cálculo de las eficiencias de las pruebas. Finalmente se presentan resultados de propiedades y parámetros de transferencia de calor y se muestra el montaje con mayor rendimiento a partir de la comparación de graficas de efectividad de cada montaje.Publicación Acceso abierto Relación entre estilos de liderazgo, resiliencia y productividad laboral en los trabajadores del sector de restaurantes, bares y discotecas(2022-10-07) Cortés Castaño, Laura; Pombo Hernández, Luz Carime; Hernández Riaño, Helman HenriqueThis research established the relationship between Leadership Styles, Resilience and Labor Productivity, which was carried out with 200 participants from the bars, restaurants and discotheques sector of Sincelejo, Colombia. The Multifactor Leadership questionnaire (instrument to measure leadership styles), CD-RISC 10 (questionnaire to measure resilience) and the Labor Productivity survey questionnaire were applied to the sample. The data analysis was executed through the Models of Structural Equations, according to the results a direct correlation was identified between the variables of Resilience and Labor Productivity. While with the variable of Leadership Styles it was not possible to establish a representative relationship for the population.
