Quality is a fundamental means that allows improving the products and services in the entities, satisfying the needs of the communities; the qualification allows the recognition of these processes since this is part of the mandatory quality system. The objective of this study will be to determine the level of compliance with the unique licensing system for clinical laboratories in the municipality of Cerete, through a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach.
