The management of human talent is of great importance for the efficiency and proper functioning of the organization, because human talent is the main competitive advantage of a company. At E.S.E CAMU SANTA TERESITA, this area is in charge of comprehensively training officials to provide a quality service and good treatment of users. Which is established in the training and training plan of the E.S.E CAMU SANTA TERESITA. These trainings are provided for the purpose of continuous improvement of the personnel, however, there is no procedure for the evaluation of said trainings as established by standard 110 of resolution 5095 of 2018. Consequently, the objective of this business practice is oriented to the design of a procedure for the evaluation of the understanding of the training results. In order to know the scope of the training provided. The methodology used was based on a situational diagnosis of the human talent area and the preparation of an improvement plan. All this based on standards 110, 111 and 112 of resolution 5095 of 2018. The population benefiting from this product will be the same workers of the E.S.E CAMU Santa Teresita, since they will have a compression evaluation procedure for the results of the training provided. In addition to serving as a reference for future studies.
