This document consists of a report of business practices, which were carried out in the contracting area of the health services provider institution - Medicina Integral S.A. and supervised by the coordinator of the area. The improvement proposal for the entity in question is determined by the design of strategies to contribute to the improvement of the entity's contractual processes, as well as the implementation of a document management system in which all the information handled in the area of contracting with specialists and health service providers is compiled. With the implementation of this proposal, it is intended that the documentation concerning the contractual processes is organized and duly filled out. Likewise, the digitalization of information is encouraged due to the positive impact it has on the environment and the optimization of time. The type of research to which this study corresponds is descriptive, with a mixed approach.
