In this sense, in the special administrative unit for health, after the diagnosis made to the human talent component, new developments are evident in the criteria established in resolution 3100 of 2019, which describes the standards and requirements for hiring health care personnel. According to the review and regulations, the fact that there is no standardized procedure that indicates the activities concerning the linking of healthcare personnel to the special administrative health unit is verified. One of the functions of the quality and human talent area is to manage and carry out all the processes already documented in each area to give it functionality under the parameters that the statutory regulations require and keep up to date with all the internal requirements before the control entities by doing due reporting of news and requirements In the process of reviewing the resumes of the employees of the IPS assistance area of the Special Administrative Unit for Health UAES, it was detected that some officials did not have some requirements demanded by internal and external regulations, such as the certificates of the Single National Registry of Human Talent in Health, due to such finding, it is decided to make a record where an internal communication is issued to the human talent department requesting the annex of the supports to each folder where the resume of each care official who was missing rests, this process is executed under the supervision of coordinators of the quality area with the approval of the director of the health unit.
