The objective of this paper is to design the epidemiological surveillance program for the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders at the CENTRO CARDIO INFANTIL IPS, starting from the analysis of the institution's hazard identification matrix, thus studying: working conditions, organizational factors, environmental factors, individual factors, identification of controls and assessment of risks. From which the prevention and control measures necessary for risk mitigation are established, considering the methodology of the PHVA cycle (Plan, do, verify and act) and the action criteria for each of the exposed cases. Finally, the results obtained in the development of the work are consolidated, the corrective, preventive and improvement measures are defined for the correct intervention of the musculoskeletal risk and the recommendations related to the findings that allow to prevent and control the risk are issued.
