    El papel de las fintech de préstamos en la promoción de la inclusión financiera en Colombia: un análisis del periodo 2017-2021

    Las Fintech han posibilitado la creación de plataformas y aplicaciones móviles que permiten a las personas acceder a servicios financieros desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento; a partir de lo anterior, el actual trabajo monográfico pretende analizar la evolución de las Fintech del segmento préstamos, para el desarrollo de la inclusión financiera en Colombia durante el periodo 2017-2021. Para conseguirlo, se exponen las principales características del ecosistema, origen, participantes, entre otros; luego, se muestra el comportamiento del ecosistema Fintech en Colombia durante el periodo 2017-2021, sus ingresos reales, número de startups, internacionalización, ubicación, y el número de empresas del segmento préstamos; finalmente, se evalúa el impacto y la contribución de las Fintech del segmento préstamos a la inclusión financiera en Colombia durante el periodo 2017-2021. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos, se llevó a cabo un estudio descriptivo-explicativo, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental. Para el ejercicio investigativo se utilizó la técnica de revisión bibliográfica, en documentos de instituciones y organismos financieros como la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, Colombia Fintech, La Banca de Oportunidades, entre otros. Se obtuvo que el ecosistema Fintech ha desempeñado un papel fundamental en la promoción de la inclusión financiera en Colombia al abrir nuevas oportunidades y ampliar el acceso a productos y servicios financieros para los segmentos menos atendidos por la banca tradicional.

    En el presente documento se conocerán los aspectos más importantes que contiene un Sistema de Administración de Riesgos Ambientales y Sociales (SARAS) a partir de una revisión de literatura, y como estas podrían afectar las condiciones financieras de los clientes de una institución financiera, con el fin de que las empresas conozcan los aspectos más importantes de estos, la utilidad que representa para las empresas al momento de elaborar y presentar proyectos y qué relación tienen estos con la elaboración del Plan financiero de la empresa, sus ventajas y desventajas; de tal manera que este trabajo se constituirá en un insumo adicional a la hora de tomar decisiones y diseñar proyectos en los que se busque financiamiento en el sector bancario.

    Análisis de las exportaciones de productos agrícolas en el Departamento de Córdoba

    En el presente documento se encuentra condensada la propuesta de revisión bibliografía sobre el análisis de las exportaciones de productos agrícolas en el departamento de Córdoba durante el periodo 2016 a 2021, que pretende extender el cumulo de conocimientos respecto a los factores que permitan identificar si el departamento de Córdoba representa un pilar en materia económica desde el sector agrícola. Para el desarrollo de la presente revisión bibliográfica, se propone el uso esencial de fuentes confiables, y de carácter solido sobre el sector agrícola, ya que, para realizar un análisis apropiado del tema, se requiere de una base de datos e información que sea acorde a la realidad y permita entender la originalidad, particularidad y veracidad de las problemáticas que se encuentren en torno al tema. Por otra parte, se enmarca, el carácter de este estudio, para determinar la naturaleza y origen de la información teórica que se tomará como referencia para estructurar un escrito. Por tanto, se acompañará de un cronograma que muestra la forma en cómo se evolucionará en la presente indagación para dar con las fuentes, resultados y deducciones necesarias para hacer un análisis a cabalidad.

    La inteligencia artificial y su influencia en el mercado laboral Colombiano

    This monograph inform about an analysis of the implementation trends of artificial intelligence and its impact on the Colombian labor market. The methodology used was based on the qualitative descriptive method and the grounded theory design, through which the study phenomenon was investigated, from the interpretation of the approaches of different authors; using the documentary review technique for the observation of various works. The results showed that the adoption and use of AI in the industry of the region constitutes a factor of capital and work, which favors the increase in productivity and economic benefit, due to the automation of activities and the improvement of performance by the use of algorithms and machines, with capabilities to a greater extent and cognitive complexity, than the human workforce. But, this implies a high risk of automation of various jobs, which could mean the destruction of trades or the generation of new jobs that require technical and specialized skills. In this way, the Colombian labor market tends towards polarization

    Evolución del comercio digital en Colombia durante el periodo 2016-2020

    Digital commerce has shown an evident growth in recent years, the use of digital channels to buy, sell, pay and carry out transactions is increasingly common in the global market. The panorama for Colombia is similar, the country has shown significant development, more and more people, companies and economic agents adhere to this type of trade, and place the country among the most representative in Latin America. Considering the above, the current monographic project has as its fundamental objective to evaluate the evolution of digital commerce in Colombia during the 2016-2020 period. To comply with what is proposed, initially the conceptual characteristics of digital commerce, its origin, advantages, disadvantages, types and participants are explained; then, the behavior of digital commerce in Colombia during the 2016-2020 period is examined, exposing the amounts negotiated, the number of transactions, the most used payment methods, the per capita consumption of the country and the events that generated this growth. Finally, a comparative analysis of digital commerce operations in Colombia is carried out during the indicated period, to recognize the periods of greatest development for the country. The information that was collected was descriptive, using the bibliographic review as an instrument, which allowed access to the data of the Colombian Chamber of Electronic Commerce and to databases and search engines, through which the documents related to the development were reviewed and analyzed of digital commerce in the country

    The performance of financial management at the national level is essential for the proper management of financial processes, within imaging companies it is required in a concrete way since this is a diagnostic support service, which corresponds to the fact that this must be as accurate as possible, since infinite ambulatory or surgical procedures depend on it for patients who in different life circumstances request the service. This monograph highlights the importance of management performance in decision-making in the diagnostic imaging division of the central clinic of the city of Montería in the framework of the covid 19 pandemic, so that through the implementation From the application of surveys as an evaluative instrument within the study methodology, the perspectives on the good performance and fulfillment of their functions are known in the field of management. Initially, a diagnosis of the financial situation and application of surveys to the manager of said company is carried out, then the impact of the management's management on the financial performance of the companies that provide diagnostic imaging services in the last 3 years is analyzed. years and finally an action plan is proposed that contributes to decision-making in difficult and unpredictable situations such as the Covid 19 pandemic. According to the results obtained, management has exercised its performance fully so that the pilot test is that they managed to survive to the great crisis due to the pandemic caused by COVID 19, however, some observations will be highlighted that will serve as recommendations to maintain or improve said performance.

    Análisis de estrategias dentro de la gestión financiera implementadas por los restaurantes de la ciudad de Montería en el marco de la pandemia por COVID 19

    This monograph is carried out in order to carry out an analysis of the different strategies framed in financial management that were implemented by the representatives or owners of restaurants in the city of Montería due to the economic and financial havoc caused by the COVID pandemic. 19, as a conclusion after the diagnosis made, people transformed their lives with the arrival of this virus and with that change the fear of leaving their homes to join places like restaurants intensified, so that people changed their customs and everything this undoubtedly affected the development and growth of the gastronomic sector. To reach this conclusion, a survey was taken as an evaluative instrument in which a general diagnosis is made on what were the strategies used to survive, and maintain the flow of money from the businesses. This analysis shows as a result that most restaurants reduced their income by almost half, in other cases more than 70%, which forced them to close and lay off their employees. After data analysis, a series of recommendations are made based on financial management in order to contribute to economic recovery.

    Análisis de las exportaciones de carne bovina y yuca del departamento de Córdoba durante el período 2017 - 2021

    In Colombia, most of the exports correspond to mining-energy and agricultural products, mainly hydrocarbons, coal, coffee, flowers, bananas and beef. In addition, it has products from the agricultural sector with the potential to improve its exports, such as cassava, which is one of the most cultivated agricultural products worldwide and nationally. Córdoba is one of the departments with the highest production of beef and cassava, which also exports 90% of the country's beef. Therefore, this monograph analyzes the exports of beef and cassava from the department of Córdoba, in order to establish their behavior and define opportunities to increase their participation, through the study of the panorama of international trade in terms of the production and sale of bovine meat and cassava, the determination of the behavior of the exports of the products at the national level and the department of Córdoba during 2017 and 2021.

On the other hand, it is also intended to understand both the impact that the entry of this competition in the financial market will generate, as well as the benefits, advantages and risks intrinsic to this type of platform. The study will be carried out through an exploratory model in which information recorded in research works, scientific articles and web platforms will be taken, with the aim of interweaving the information found in an organized manner, without its own conclusions and presenting new results that They allow us to detect the impact that Fintech has had in Colombia and its characteristics. Similarly, in the study it was noted that the global pandemic situation due to covid-19 potentiated a general need to use this type of platform to meet financial demands, as well as the purchase of goods and services, making the market of companies providing financial services (Fintech), increase and consolidate globally. However, this growth of the Fintech industry can bring with it financial risks, due to the lack of strict controls that monitor these accelerated entities, as well as the handling that they give to the financial information of their clients.

    The main objective of this monographic work is to identify the opportunities that digital marketing strategies represent for companies dedicated to the commercialization of fast foods, and their application by them. For this, it is necessary to recognize the characteristics of the market and the way in which it develops in the digital context. In this way it will be possible to recognize the best options for the company when designing the digital marketing plan. It is necessary to establish a description of the situation of the restaurant market focused on fast food and its relationship with digital marketing and its tools. Information is presented from different academic and scientific sources such as repository files, magazine articles and books, which contribute to the identification of characteristics of digital strategies such as SEO positioning, SEM, online advertising, content marketing, social networks and Email marketing, each one with its own methods of application and scope determined as they are developed.     Autonomous vehicles are a disruption of the automotive industry that has gained popularity in international logistics management and that can contribute to the development of said operations. That is why, in the current monographic work, the incorporation of autonomous transport vehicles in international logistics management is studied; for this, three chapters were developed, the first describes the general aspects of autonomous vehicles, their origin, applications, the components that guarantee their operation and the regulations that govern them; This information is of special relevance to have a first approach with this technology and the needs that it can satisfy. The second chapter presents the autonomous transport vehicles that have been incorporated into international logistics management processes, the companies that are developing innovations in this field, and the tests and prototypes that have been carried out at a global level are shown. The last chapter points out the economic benefits of using autonomous vehicles in international logistics management processes, compared to conventional vehicles; similarly, its competitive advantages in terms of costs, delivery times and customer satisfaction are highlighted; and as a counterpart, the disadvantages associated with its adoption, the limitations of its massive deployment and the barriers that it currently has are mentioned.

    E-Commerce is a tool that can be used in any environment where something is exchanged, such as documents between companies, purchases or acquisitions, finance, industry, legislation, revenue or tax collection, health and transportation. This medium has become a channel for direct and indirect sales of products, with uninterrupted technical support that allows customers themselves to find what they need. This tool is very useful for companies, since it allows them to share their databases to agree on transactions, prepare orders, contract suppliers, among others, guaranteeing cost reduction and greater efficiency in sales processes. Because of the mandatory isolation due to covid-19, digital platforms allowed Colombians to buy all kinds of products from home. Not only the most essential products, such as groceries and health items, but also opened the doors of restaurants and other businesses, allowing the economy to remain active.

    A medida que pasan los años, surgen mayores desafíos, relacionados principalmente con la forma en la que la tecnología genera nuevas prácticas y conocimientos. La transformación digital influye en la forma en la que los clientes y consumidores se comportan, pero, sobre todo en el funcionamiento de las organizaciones. Actualmente, el Marketing Digital es una herramienta indispensable para que los negocios puedan lograr sus metas y objetivos a través de resultados medibles, su dificultad radica en definir cuál es la contribución neta y averiguar cómo obtener los datos que la determinarán. Además, ofrece múltiples beneficios como un alcance global, inmediatez y precisión en el target.     This monograph exposes the subject of digital transformation, education and the changes that the education has had in the years from 2011 to 2021. Education can be defined as the training dedicated to the development of people's intellectual abilities, responding to their cultural, social and moral contexts. Digital transformation is understood as the application of digital resources and tools to make a process more efficient, changing and restructuring its methods through the adoption of technology and its tools. To analyze this problem it is necessary to mention its causes, one of them is the lack of educational coverage in the country, the technological illiteracy of the inhabitants and the public policies of the State in favor of a technological revolution. Exposing characteristics of how both issues influence today's society is of academic, intellectual and social interest since parameters of transformation and evolution are based on all fields of the human being. The pandemic will emerge greater challenges for education and the digital transformation, such as digital illiteracy to lack of motivation to learn. That is why pedagogy and digital transformation must interact, in a country like Colombia that seeks development and innovation, creating laws and public policies for the digital benefit of the citizen.
