The technological implementation has allowed many sectors the possibility of improving their processes of customer service, archiving, production and distribution of products and services. Aguas Planeta Rica S.A is a company dedicated to the sale of treated water and distributed in different plastic presentations, in its internal and external processes it presented a problem when registering customers, billing, number of orders and the routes that their employees had to take to arrive on time to the delivery points. The design and implementation of a mobile app on the Android platform was the most viable alternative to systematize these processes, guaranteeing the company time savings, better control of information and the GPS system of routes that allows delivery drivers to optimize their work. Through the methodology applied, it was possible to establish a work route subdivided into phases, which were developed and tested until the general objective was achieved. The implementation and the results obtained were very satisfactory. The members of the company were participants in the process and in turn became counselors capable of teaching their customers and future employees.
