    This investigation addressed the issue of triangulation or fraud in the sales of the sellers of the store channel, of the company Grupo Litoral Montería, due to the fact that this phenomenon will generate an increase in costs and waste of the budget allocated for commercial strategies. The main objective of the investigation was to avoid the bad sales practices exercised by some sellers in the store channel of the Grupo Litoral Montería company. A qualitative approach methodology was proposed to determine why sellers used identity theft with customer data with commercial plans to place customer orders without said commercial plan. The scope of the research was satisfactory, significantly reducing this phenomenon, with the implementation of the andriod order management application, with QR code authentication for common customers and authentication through a device with NFC technology for customers with commercial plans. The limitation of taking orders in a range no greater than 10 meters from the geolocation of the store for the sellers and a web development for monitoring and control by the supervisors, with the location of the sellers in real time, dereferencing of routes and customers visited. According to the analysis carried out, it is concluded that the use of the android application by sellers and the web application by supervisors avoids fraud in sales, guaranteeing the correct distribution of the budget of the commercial plan of the company. litoral montería group company.

    The technological implementation has allowed many sectors the possibility of improving their processes of customer service, archiving, production and distribution of products and services. Aguas Planeta Rica S.A is a company dedicated to the sale of treated water and distributed in different plastic presentations, in its internal and external processes it presented a problem when registering customers, billing, number of orders and the routes that their employees had to take to arrive on time to the delivery points. The design and implementation of a mobile app on the Android platform was the most viable alternative to systematize these processes, guaranteeing the company time savings, better control of information and the GPS system of routes that allows delivery drivers to optimize their work. Through the methodology applied, it was possible to establish a work route subdivided into phases, which were developed and tested until the general objective was achieved. The implementation and the results obtained were very satisfactory. The members of the company were participants in the process and in turn became counselors capable of teaching their customers and future employees.

    Diseño e implementación de una aplicación móvil para ejercitar las habilidades cerebrales frente a la manifestación del alzheimer y el deterioro cognitivo

    The orientation of this project is focused on designing and developing a mobile application, which functions as a tool to strengthen brain skills in the face of Alzheimer's disease and cognitive impairment in older adults in the P-5 neighborhood of the city of Monteria. Through a survey conducted to the population, it was possible to identify different variables linked to cognitive impairment, as well as the knowledge about the disease and how adults are related to technology; thanks to this, the lack of a support tool to treat diseases and conditions of this type was evidenced. The methodology used for the design and implementation of the App, is the RUP methodology, this methodology allows an effective and structured development of the application, taking into account the realization of a series of phases during the development of the project. The application is called ActivaMente, and is developed in the Android operating system, using ReactNative. For data storage, the database was implemented in Firebase

    Sistema de aplicaciones móviles para el mejoramiento de la comunicación entre comunidad y Estación de Bomberos del municipio de Sahagún

    Este proyecto de investigación tiene como finalidad diseñar un sistema de alertas para mejorar la comunicación entre la comunidad y el cuerpo de bomberos del municipio de Sahagún - Córdoba. El sistema de alertas dispone de dos aplicaciones móviles; una aplicación para que la comunidad reporte los incidentes, capturando los datos de la alerta como son: ubicación (GPS), foto del incidente y la categoría. Esta información se envía a la segunda aplicación que es usada únicamente por el Cuerpo de Bomberos; los bomberos podrán aceptar la alerta y atenderla, o descartar falsas alarmas. El sistema de alertas se desarrolló bajo el bajo el framework llamado Flutter y el backend como servicio llamado Firebase, ambos desarrollados por Google; utilizando el sistema Android para desarrollar y ejecutar el proyecto. Con este sistema, un usuario usando la red 3G o 4G en su dispositivo Android; será capaz de enviar una alerta en un tiempo mínimo 20 segundos (esto dependerá del tipo de dispositivo). Este proyecto da una opción tecnológica para que los bomberos ofrezcan una mejor atención y respuesta ante los incidentes.
