The plan for future teachers is to apply the knowledge gained to become leading teachers who can bring positive change to educational institutions. In conclusion, teacher empowerment is crucial for reflective and authentic teaching practices, and schools must prioritize stakeholder commitment, leadership development, and a collaborative culture for successful leadership plans.

Leaders play a fundamental role within an organization related to their success, productivity, and employee performance. The principal task of a leader is to build and maintain a high-performing team. It is the person who seeks ways to influence the actions of formal or informal group members in the process and achieve goals with a magnetic personality that attracts people with a purpose. In today's highly competitive environment, leadership skills are essential for personal and professional growth. In the educational field, leadership plays a crucial role as it encompasses the abilities to effectively instruct students in the classroom while inspiring and motivating colleagues in the school community. Teacher leaders possess various roles and responsibilities. Based on research, the predominant roles and responsibilities of exemplary teacher leaders involve having a vision, prioritizing student achievement by setting and attaining goals, offering support, and cultivating an environment conducive to learning.

Since its arrival, Leadership is a tool that has given effectiveness and transformation to the vision of people, especially schools, and for the improvement of teaching methods. This personal statement is intended to determine future concepts, elementals and practices of empowered teachers and leaders of tomorrow. Consequently, in this document, we will clarify key concepts about leadership, our assumptions, our contributions to future schools and our conclusions based on our research. Thus, the plan is to guide teachers to cultivate and empower their skills as leaders who are still hidden in them. Finally, our vision is to inspire other teachers about the positive contributions of leadership skills.

Institutions are always in need of a leader. This happens because of the necessity of precise qualities that helps with the development of any process. In the educational field, schools need teacher leaders. Teachers who can promote teamwork, set goals, and help their students and college to achieve those goals. In this personal statement, we will determine our approach, qualities, and future practices as teacher leaders. Thus, in the paper, a reflection of our leadership understanding will be found which includes a variety of concepts around leadership, our assumptions about teacher leadership, empowerment, and how all of this can be used inside an educational environment. The plan is the identification of the different characteristics that are needed to become a good teacher leader. This statement sets a starting line in which our professional growth starts and goals to implement once we are inside the professional field.

To shape society, leadership is essential, since teachers have been charged with effectively helping, mentoring, and instructing future generations by imparting both practical information and ethical principles for lifelong learning, it is crucial that they develop strong leadership abilities in their performing. Along with referring to a personal definition of leadership from the perspective of potential teacher leaders, this statement aims to provide a broad perspective on teacher leadership for educational situations based on the contributions of numerous authors. Moreover, the primary goal of this paper is to investigate the practical implications of improving teacher leadership abilities through empowerment when supporting them in academic contexts. Thus, the proposed plan defines certain strategies to maximize the practice of a leader and empowered teacher.

Leadership is one of those concepts that are very hard to define. Leadership is not just about having the power to influence others. As demonstrated by Daft (2008) "leadership is an influence relationship among leaders and followers who intend real changes and outcomes that reflect their shared purposes" (p. 4). It means that leadership is a relationship of influence between leaders and followers who intend genuine outcomes and changes that reflect their common purposes. In this work we are going to cover from this perspective, teacher leadership involves not only the traditional roles of teaching and mentoring students, but also a broader role of contributing to the development of educational policies, programs, and practices. The other sections will focus on our assumptions of teacher leadership, leadership empowerment and implications for the Future, and conclusions.

In education, teachers are considered as leaders responsible not only for the learning process but also for society. They often face decisions that may not align with societal interests or understanding. This is why, recognizing the crucial role of ethical decision-making and empowerment to encourage responsible citizens and critical thinkers, schools find it imperative to delve into the profound understanding of moral leadership. This paper focuses on addressing such challenges through the lens of moral leadership in education, exploring its assumptions, implications for the future, and the empowering role of teachers in shaping morally responsible individuals. This proposed statement serves as the final outcome of the Diploma course 'Lifelong Professional Development: Empowering Foreign Language Teachers'. Thus, it prepares undergraduate students to be future foreign language teacher leaders who are committed to ethical values such as justice, equality and responsibility. These values can be promoted in the classroom through the teaching of ethical content, the creation of an environment of respect and tolerance, and the modelling of ethical behaviour by the teacher.

Educational institutions should incorporate authentic learning activities to promote successful leadership development. One approach is followed through, students will observe their leaders in action and understand their challenges and see leadership in context. This paper articulates transformational leadership and its implications for improving foreign language programs. It will argue that transformational leadership can motivate teachers, promote innovation, and improve the quality of foreign language education by focusing on growth, diversity, collaboration, and meeting higher-level needs of teachers. This paper will elaborate on providing autonomy, resources, and support to empower teachers and build leadership capacity. It will imply that transformational leadership requires a long-term commitment from schools, including giving teachers more autonomy, involving them in decision making, and valuing their input, which can help motivate teachers and lead to continuous improvement of foreign language programs.

A teacher-leader fosters a positive learning environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and creativity, someone who inspires confidence and provides confidence to their followers. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all students, recognizing and addressing individual strengths and challenges. We also serve as mentors, providing guidance, support, and building their teaching skills with colleagues. They continuously seek out professional development opportunities to improve their own knowledge and abilities.

Shifting focus to adaptive leadership, particularly within Educational Leadership, the narrative underscores the imperative for leaders to remain receptive to change and perpetual transformation. The overarching purpose of this paper is to present an original response, articulating current leadership understanding on concepts, assumptions, collaborative work, empowerment, and implications for potential practices. A specific emphasis is placed on identifying the learning task as the final assignment/learning of a course of study, serving as a foundational point for community building and professional goal setting at the undergraduate level.

Over the years, different methods, approaches, and academic methodologies have been provided in the field of education, which have been of support and help to teachers when they seek to carry out their plans in the classroom. However, teacher leadership is the most primordial and professional tool implemented in the educational field in order to achieve better results in teaching. Therefore, this paper describes the variety of existing concepts about what leadership is, its implications, and its relevance in the educational-academic field. Moreover, in this article, we will give an answer to what leadership, empowerment, teacher leadership, and collaborative work are for us. The plan is for the entire educational community, be they teachers, students, or leading parents, to have autonomy but, above all, empowerment. Thus, this plan assists the various members of the educational institution with the aim of achieving common goals as a team and individual goals as a means of personal improvement.

What effect does leadership have on society? To answer this question, it is necessary to clarify the concept of leadership and how this concept has changed over the years. This phenomenon has had great transcendence but so far, no precise definition has been obtained, therefore there are several opinions that have been taken as references to build a concept. A statement that helps us to get closer to the meaning of leadership is that Daft (2008) has stated, “Leadership occurs among people; it is not something done to people” (p.5). We can define leadership as a relationship between a person who leads and another who follows with a common purpose; these are features that become indispensable for leadership to exist. This statement will focus on teacher leadership. The rest of this statement consists of our assumptions about leadership empowerment and implications for the future, and conclusions.

Over the years the concept of leadership has evolved and transformed according to the understandings of the epoch. Its complex nature being the subject of discussion among theorists and scholars; nevertheless, something in which we cannot disagree is the role that leaders and leadership have had in the creation and development of societies throughout the years, being an important subject in diverse areas of life, one of those areas being the educational field. Teacher leaders guide, inspire, and seek to improve the quality of education through collaborative work. Teacher Empowerment allows teachers to be able to create, innovate, and implement strategies, as well as look for different approaches to meet students' educational needs. It also gives teachers the opportunity to grow professionally. In this personal leadership statement, we seek to highlight the importance of this phenomenon in the educational field from the perspective of teacher leadership. In addition, this document contains an exploration of relevant literature regarding the concept of leadership and teacher leadership. Likewise, it illustrates our assumptions and leadership empowerment in light of teacher leadership, and the implications for the future. This study is the starting point for building our own path as future teacher leaders and a great addition to our professional development.

This work structures leadership as a teacher and its implications for improving the teaching of a foreign language, demonstrating that a leading teacher is characterized by his ability to inspire, motivate and guide students towards the achievement of educational goals and objectives, having a teacher-student relationship. In addition to their relationship with students, teacher leadership implies the ability to collaborate and work as a team with other education professionals.
