    Leadership at the institutional level is challenging; seen as a competition among students it can be a source of contention, and it is because of this competition, even at the group level, that the ability of each individual to contribute to one another is essential in their personal growth. The best way to achieve this is to create collaborative groups and divide the work among them so they would, individually, take responsibility for the collective good, exercise, and demonstrate leadership by reflecting on their part with their peers, awakening their curiosity, and inspiring them to do it on their own. This document focuses on transformational leadership, which is the basis for changing students' mindsets to a more critical one, encouraging them to generate new ideas, being more considerate of their peers, being good listeners, and being adaptable to their circumstances. The proposed plan in the document aims to improve student learning in each school, regarding the environment and culture in which the lessons are taught.

    In the ever-evolving landscape of education, personal leadership has emerged as a crucial aspect for educational leaders. One of the key drivers behind the focus on personal leadership in education is the recognition that effective leadership is essential for creating positive learning environments and improving educational outcomes. This paper explores the concept of transformational leadership, which focuses on inspiring and empowering followers to achieve common goals. The assumptions of transformational leadership are discussed, emphasizing the importance of personal values, beliefs, and qualities of the leader in driving change. The paper also highlights the benefits of collaborative work in understanding leadership dynamics and shaping oneself as a professional and teacher-leader. Furthermore, the concept of leadership empowerment is explored, emphasizing the significance of providing autonomy, support, and resources to educators to improve their professional expertise and foster student achievement. The proposed plan aims to empower students to become the best versions of themselves and inspire others throughout their lives by developing their leadership capabilities and driving their own personal growth processes.

    Leaders are able to understand how to achieve results while motivating followers, this ability to keep teams engaged and motivated is a quality shared by the most effective leaders. Team members could easily quit the ideal if they are not committed to it; in order to keep people involved with one another and with the goal, leaders must adapt and change their leadership perspective. Due to this, this paper defines transformational leadership as a way to inspire both followers and leaders to communicate, encourage, and have a vision while also conveying empathy, confidence, and integrity, through the development of school projects, and plans to allow students to gain the responsibility of a social engagement while growing the desire to improve living conditions in their communities and inspire others to take the same path towards change, becoming positive role models and eventual leaders after being guided and educated by teacher leaders.

    Con el paso de los años, el liderazgo se ha convertido en un objetivo primordial para lograr un alto desempeño y mejorar la calidad de la educación en Colombia. El presente trabajo se centra en el liderazgo transformacional como elemento crucial para que los futuros docentes líderes alcancen altos estándares educativos. En esta declaración personal de liderazgo, exploramos conceptos y suposiciones sobre el liderazgo, enfatizando la importancia del empoderamiento del liderazgo y sus implicaciones para el futuro. El objetivo es sensibilizar sobre las capacidades de los alumnos, fomentando una cultura de toma de decisiones, aprendizaje continuo y un enfoque carismático de la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras, que garantice un cambio significativo y duradero en el contexto educativo.

    To improve school conditions and increase student motivation, different education fields should implement various learning techniques and link them to personal growth and leadership development. A transformational leadership approach has been developed based on student´s needs. This statement includes learning assignments on transformational leadership principles and inclusive courses. It challenges students to incorporate them into their leadership plans when solving problems in different life contexts. The plan provides a blueprint for fostering leadership acquisition and justifying learning from peers.

    The development of leadership abilities to guide quality education and inspire students to achieve higher performance has emerged as a main objective. Hence, to reach high achievements, it is necessary to conduct leadership in the academic field, specifically as teacher leaders. In this personal leadership statement, we reflected on the diverse concepts and our perception of what being a good leader means, our assumptions, empowerment, and implications for the future. The plan is to incorporate transformational leadership in future teaching practices taking into account the strategies and empowerment in learning proposed in the statement.

    Después de años, los investigadores reconocen que el liderazgo es una habilidad importante para la educación. La perspectiva se centra en las creencias tradicionales y las desafía, llevándonos a través de diferentes cuestiones relativas a una famosa cita que tradicionalmente afirmaba que los líderes nacen y no se crean ni se forman. Posteriormente, muchos autores como James V. Down, Mac Gregor y Bernard Bass abrieron la puerta a una perspectiva que desafía los primeros conceptos del liderazgo en el aprendizaje, pero que también lo redefine. Se trata del liderazgo. Este documento presenta nuestro viaje antes y después de experimentar el liderazgo bien orientado, mostrando lo que descubrimos y adoptamos como conceptos fundamentales en relación con el liderazgo y las perspectivas. El plan es seguir creciendo a partir de los diferentes resultados que hemos obtenido en nuestra vida personal y profesional, fomentando el empoderamiento temprano para promover el liderazgo.transformacional.

    Schools recognize the need to integrate transformational leadership principles to foster effective leadership development among teachers. This paper describes a short-term transformational leadership development plan rooted in Daft's (2014) principles. This personal leadership statement outlines our approach, qualities, and future practices as teacher leaders. The plan includes developing a shared vision and mission, modeling ethical behavior, setting high expectations, and inspiring the school community. Encouraging continuous learning and providing personalized support fosters intellectual stimulation. Building a collaborative culture through open communication and teamwork, empowering staff and students, and maintaining strong community relationships are essential components. Regular evaluation and adjustments ensure the plan's effectiveness. This plan is the culminating task of a transformational leadership and innovation course, preparing educational leaders to implement transformational leadership principles effectively in their academic contexts.

    Relación entre estilos de liderazgo, resiliencia y productividad laboral en los trabajadores del sector de restaurantes, bares y discotecas

    This research established the relationship between Leadership Styles, Resilience and Labor Productivity, which was carried out with 200 participants from the bars, restaurants and discotheques sector of Sincelejo, Colombia. The Multifactor Leadership questionnaire (instrument to measure leadership styles), CD-RISC 10 (questionnaire to measure resilience) and the Labor Productivity survey questionnaire were applied to the sample. The data analysis was executed through the Models of Structural Equations, according to the results a direct correlation was identified between the variables of Resilience and Labor Productivity. While with the variable of Leadership Styles it was not possible to establish a representative relationship for the population.
