Objective: To analyze indicators of occupational risks in a third level of complexity health institution in Monteria in the period 2019-2021. Methodology: Quantitative descriptive-retrospective study corresponding to 3 years (2019-2021). Results: The main findings indicate that biosafety conditions are the most reiterative hazard, maintaining a range between 33.3% and 33.8% in the three years evaluated. Person falls for the year 2019 was 61.1% followed by punctures with 45.4% for the year 2021, general percentages of all personnel under study. It was possible to identify that the causes of absenteeism were; occupational accidents with a higher percentage for year 2019 of 43.1% and by Covid-19, a 69.2% for year 2021. Conclusion: The information on the indicators of occupational risks was analyzed where it was determined that the danger of biosafety conditions was the most frequent, the indicators showed a broad view of accidentability, occupational diseases. Taking into account the accidentability was the most reported in the period of 2019 , while in the period of 2021 pandemic period the report was occupational disease in this case SARS-CoV-2 . It was possible to analyze the indicators and have a broad view about the occurrence of accidents, diseases and work-related deaths.
