The Business practice developed in the Municipal Health Secretariat of Monteria, specifically in the area of Environmental Health (food and beverages), for the period of the second semester of the year 2021, was carried out in a very calm way, in which support was provided the team in Information Organization activities, scanning, establishment registration, activity scheduler updating, accompaniment and assistance to training, among other activities. On the other hand, through the application of the DOFA Matrix, it was possible to show certain aspects to improve within the area. Likewise, from the direct observations made, it was possible to identify the lack of having a Training Plan in the area of food and beverages, which would forge the necessary guidelines so that the STDs can be trained and updated with respect to the protection of security. Therefore, with the present Training Plan proposed by INVIMA for its adaptation and other adjustments by the STD food and beverage inspectors, and in view of the fact that to date in the area of food and beverages they do not have a manual for it, due to the above and as part of leaving a Final Product, with the help of the Head of Environmental Health and the food engineers of the Municipal Health Secretary of Monteria, it was established what type of activities, tools, materials and means necessary to carry out said training, this with the aim of orienting and establishing what should be done and how.
