dc.description.abstractThe Business practice developed in the Municipal Health Secretariat of Monteria, specifically in the area of Environmental Health (food and beverages), for the period of the second semester of the year 2021, was carried out in a very calm way, in which support was provided the team in Information Organization activities, scanning, establishment registration, activity scheduler updating, accompaniment and assistance to training, among other activities. On the other hand, through the application of the DOFA Matrix, it was possible to show certain aspects to improve within the area. Likewise, from the direct observations made, it was possible to identify the lack of having a Training Plan in the area of food and beverages, which would forge the necessary guidelines so that the STDs can be trained and updated with respect to the protection of security. dc.description.resumencon el presente Plan de Capacitación propuesto por INVIMA para su adaptación y demás ajuste por parte de los inspectores de alimentos y bebidas de las ETS, y en vista de que hasta la fecha en el área de alimentos y bebidas no cuentan con un manual para ello, por lo anterior y como parte de dejar un Producto final, con ayuda de la Jefe de Salud Ambiental y los ingenieros de alimentos de la secretaria de Salud Municipal de Montería, se estableció que tipo de actividades, herramientas, materiales y medios necesarios para la realización de dicha capacitaciones, esto con el fin de oriental y establecer que se debe hacer y cómo.
