This work aims to analyze the dynamics of urban growth and how informal settlements were formed in commune 4 of the city of Monteria from its inception until 2021, as well as the change in land use that has suffered between the years 2002 and 2021, identify the infrastructures and equipment that it has, based on the information obtained from the POT, satellite images and its inhabitants.
