To identify the adherence to the Comprehensive Maternal Perinatal Health Route of pregnant adolescents who attend the Santa Teresa Health Service Provider Unit of the ESE Camú del Prado in the municipality of Cereté Córdoba. Materials and methods: Descriptive, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 64 adolescent pregnant women between 12 and 18 years of age officially attending the health care institution, with a sample of 24 users who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and who voluntarily participated in the study. Results: In the sociodemographic aspects it was found that 63% of adolescent women are becoming pregnant at 18 years of age, followed by 25% between the ages of 16 and 17 years and 12% in the ages of 14 and 15 years, and are of low socioeconomic stratum, As for the level of schooling, 88% have incomplete secondary education, 88% are engaged in housework, 79% selfdetermined that they do not belong to any ethnic group, and 71% of these pregnant women live together in a free union. In terms of adherence to the Maternal Perinatal Route, it was found that they are not adherent, taking into account that 60% do not meet the established indicator, which should be 70%. Conclusions: It was identified that the population of the adolescent life course are getting pregnant early, likewise, it was found that they are not adherent, especially to the recommendations given by the health personnel and the performance of the diagnostic aids ordered by the health professionals, and to the comprehensive assessments with the specialists and consultations with different disciplines performed at the complementary provider.
