dc.description.abstract | El campo de la enseñanza del inglés como lengua extranjera reconoce cada vez más la importancia del desarrollo del liderazgo docente para responder a las demandas de contextos educativos dinámicos e inclusivos. Este documento presenta una declaración personal de liderazgo basada en el liderazgo transformacional, destacando valores como la empatía, la colaboración, la confianza y la visión compartida. Se reflexiona sobre las creencias personales de liderazgo, los supuestos propios y el papel de la práctica ética y reflexiva en la educación. El trabajo explora el empoderamiento docente mediante estrategias como comunidades de aprendizaje profesional, mentorías entre pares y la participación activa en la toma de decisiones. Se propone un plan de acción que impulsa el crecimiento profesional y el aprendizaje continuo dentro de las instituciones educativas. Esta declaración representa el inicio de un camino profesional enfocado en construir comunidades educativas sólidas y promover cambios significativos como futuras líderes docentes. | spa |
