dc.description.abstractThe business practice was carried out in the Oasis, Dunas and Guadalupe farms, belonging to the company GRUPO 20. S.A, located in the municipality of Turbo, Zona Bananera de Urabá. The purpose of the business practice, was to develop activities focused on the task fruit protection carried out by the operators, following the internal procedures manual. The main problems that affected the physical appearance of the fruit were identified, and to solve this, the management of field work was taken into account and in this way the importance of evaluating the execution of said activities within the cultivation, contributed to the efficiency in the production process and to the implementation of timely correction strategies that in turn allow obtaining a final product with the quality that is requested within the demands of the market.eng

dc.description.resumenLa práctica empresarial se realizó en las fincas Oasis, Dunas y Guadalupe, pertenecientes a la empresa GRUPO 20. S.A, Ubicadas en el municipio de Turbo, Zona Bananera de Urabá. El propósito de la práctica empresarial fue desarrollar actividades enfocadas en las labores de protección de fruta realizadas por los operarios, siguiendo el manual interno de procedimientos. Se identificaron las principales problemáticas que afectaban el aspecto físico de la fruta, y para dar solución a esto se tuvo en cuenta el manejo de labores en campo y de este modo se valoró la importancia que representa la evaluación de la ejecución de dichas actividades dentro del cultivo, contribuyeron a la eficacia en el proceso de producción y a la implementación de estrategias de corrección oportuna que a su vez permiten obtener un producto final con la calidad que se solicita dentro de las exigencias del mercado.spa
