Tourism with the passage of time has become an element that generates good economies for different countries and cities, having a great variation of tourist sub-categories, giving us to understand that many elements that surround us can be used, especially natural ones, which the use correct and ideal adaptations can create a tourist area. In which this work has been focused where it was thought to generate an eco-tourism product in the north-western area of the municipality of Montería. This work is dedicated to raising and visualizing an idea in a territory, which has great tourist potential, but is not being exploited. Therefore, it was based specifically on locating and characterizing the places that can be exploited for tourism using the Boullón methodology, then feasible studies and analyzes were made to generate a tourist offer in these places as well as applying different techniques to demonstrate that there is easy accessibility. to get to and from the area and also that these places will have efficient connectivity between the places and the populations that have an influence with the respective places. Emphasis was placed on applying methodologies that were aimed at improving the interaction of visitors, residents and the natural environment. always looking for an optimal interaction at a social level with the territory, generating the least possible impact on the natural elements that are exploited or used for tourism.
