One of the key drivers behind the focus on personal leadership in education is the recognition that effective leadership is essential for creating positive learning environments and improving educational outcomes. This paper explores the concept of transformational leadership, which focuses on inspiring and empowering followers to achieve common goals. The assumptions of transformational leadership are discussed, emphasizing the importance of personal values, beliefs, and qualities of the leader in driving change. The paper also highlights the benefits of collaborative work in understanding leadership dynamics and shaping oneself as a professional and teacher-leader. Furthermore, the concept of leadership empowerment is explored, emphasizing the significance of providing autonomy, support, and resources to educators to improve their professional expertise and foster student achievement. Team members could easily quit the ideal if they are not committed to it; in order to keep people involved with one another and with the goal, leaders must adapt and change their leadership perspective. The current statement explores the significance of transformational leadership, particularly within the context of foreign language classrooms, including a transformational leadership plan designed by three under-graduated foreign language student teachers from Universidad de Córdoba. Thus, this statement approaches a personal perspective that captures our existing understanding of leadership. The Multifactor Leadership questionnaire (instrument to measure leadership styles), CD-RISC 10 (questionnaire to measure resilience) and the Labor Productivity survey questionnaire were applied to the sample. The data analysis was executed through the Models of Structural Equations, according to the results a direct correlation was identified between the variables of Resilience and Labor Productivity. While with the variable of Leadership Styles it was not possible to establish a representative relationship for the population.
