Publicación Acceso abierto Análisis de la resolución de las quejas sobre la atención al usuario en una IPS en el municipio de Montería durante septiembre de 2021 a junio de 2022(2023-03-01) Castaño Millán, María; Herrera Gutiérrez, ConcepciónThis work was carried out with the objective of analyzing the process of resolution of complaints about user service in an institution providing services in the municipality of Monteria during the period September 2021 to June 2022, for the approach that guarantees for the resolution of requests, in order to evaluate the solution of complaints, response time, number of complaints Complaints were analyzed in the period from September 2021 to June 2022 in which 160 complaints were filed, of which in 2021 32.5% were complaints and 85.7% were complaints in 2022 of 100% of the complaints presented in the institution, a satisfaction survey was conducted on the attention received at the time of filing the complaint, showing in the analysis approximately 55% satisfaction in the care received and approximately 45% total satisfaction. From this analysis it was established that for an improvement in health care and to prevent the user from feeling dissatisfied, it is to train the care and administrative staff, streamline the internal procedures that the institution has, avoid the constant rotation of personnel in the areas, analyzed the follow-up that the different complaints were being given and the number of complaints resolved and pending was known. Finally, taking into account the information analyzed, a SWOT matrix was formulated with the purpose of improving the quality of health service provision in the institution.
