Publicación Acceso abierto La auditoría en salud y el sistema obligatorio de garantía de calidad frente a los derechos de los usuarios, 2021(2022-01-28) Saenz Yanes, Marlyn Andrea; Moreno Montes, Sarith; Olascuaga Campo, Geraldine; Sánchez Caraballo, Álvaro; Asesor metodológicoThe audit for the improvement of quality in health is a systematic and continuous element of evaluation and improvement of the quality observed with respect to the expected quality of the care received by users; The Colombian political constitution establishes the right to health as fundamental, that is, inherent to people and mandatory. This monograph seeks to compile the available documentary information on the role of health auditing in the quality assurance system and the protection of users' rights; For this purpose, a systematic review of scientific documents was carried out in two successive phases: heuristics or search and selection and the hermeneutics known as assimilation or writing of the texts by the authors. Little documentary material was obtained in which this important topic is addressed, which makes this area a wide field for future research. For the audit against the quality assurance system and user rights to be effective, it must be considered as a valuable tool not only in terms of correction but also prevention, as more audit processes are carried out, it will decrease the probability of making mistakes, which impact both isolated institutional aspects and the life cycle of the person who accesses a health service.Publicación Acceso abierto Control interno en la ejecución de planes de mejora en instituciones de salud(2022-07-29) Behaine Revueltas, Natalia; Causil Cogollo, Jesùs Carmelo; Dìaz Lora, Juliana; Berrocal Narváez, Neila EstherInternal control is defined by Gómez and Lazarte (1), as that process carried out at the different levels of an institution, in order to guarantee compliance with the proposed organizational goals. One of their support elements are quality audits, which according to Rojas, Hernández and Niebles (2), are needed as an important tool to contribute to the growth, progress and development of organizations that offer this kind of services to the general population. It is important to have in mind that for Hernández (3), it´s is in the improvement of processes that internal control and audits appear as a priority, are defined as a whole, as those operating standards that ensure that the organization functions correctly, some of their objectives is verify the reliability of processes, the efficiency of the operation and compliance with the minimum health requirements. A documentary research was carried out, with a qualitative approach, that means a bibliographic sources were collected that support the point of view of current research, such as the links of audit and internal control, and their processes for the strategic creation of improvement plans. According to the internal control review and the improvement plans, a noticeable link between them was obtained, as well as being directly affected by the absence of internal control tools. Chronic kidney disease is a disease that affects the proper development of people, affects lifestyles and generates family problems, since these patients require the support of family, friends, society and the state to cope with the consequences of this sickness. This research work is of the utmost importance since it analyzes the relationship between health auditing and care for patients with chronic kidney disease, taking into account the role played by the family. The purpose of this study is to compile information on the importance of health auditing in the family environment during the care of patients with chronic kidney disease. For this, a bibliographic review methodology was used, taking as references 30 research papers published in indexed journals and repositories. It is understood that it is important to audit the comprehensive care provided by the IPS in charge of caring for people with CKD, including education for the person, family and caregivers, as well as follow-up and supervision at home, guaranteeing that the care in it are adequate, minimizing complications and therapeutic non-adherence.Publicación Acceso abierto Papel ejercido por la auditoría en el sistema de garantía de la calidad en salud en Colombia 2015 – 2020(2022-01-25) Márquez Petro, María Alejandra; Martínez Hernández, Nathaly Cristina; Revueltas Contreras, Lina Marcela; Sánchez Caraballo, ÁlvaroThe audit is defined as a component of continuous improvement of the Mandatory System of Quality Assurance in Health, understood as the systematic and continuous mechanism of compliance with quality standards "consistent with the intent of the accreditation standards higher than those determined as basic in the Unified System of Qualification”. The main objective was to describe the role played by the audit against the Quality Assurance System in Health in Colombia in the period from 2015 to 2020. A compilation monograph was carried out, where a search of the literature was carried out in scientific databases, in the period from 2015 to 2020. The main conclusion indicates that the audit in Colombia has made significant progress, becoming not only a tool, but also a fundamental pillar in the achievement of objectives and goals established since the senior management for the benefit of the organization.Publicación Acceso abierto Rol de la auditoría de la calidad en la verificación de habilitación de los servicios de salud de las IPS(2023-03-02) Navarro Arguello, María Paz; Gonzalez Espitia, María Carolina; Nova Peralta, Heydy; Berrocal Narváez, NeilaLa Auditoria de la calidad e Infraestructura en entidades de Salud IPS en Colombia hace parte de uno de los pilares e indicadores más importantes y de acuerdo a investigaciones realizadas se dice que esta ha tenido un avance significativo en los últimos años ya que se han buscado instrumentos para aumentar la calidad. Se dice que la calidad tiene sus inicios cuando en las batallas comerciales cuando se buscaba ofrecer mejores productos y servicios; a través de esto se analiza la auditoria de la calidad en salud la cual busca el cumplimiento de objetivos, normas y procedimientos normativos. Según un artículo publicado en el año 2019 por el Ministerio de Salud, dice que es necesario ser conscientes de que los sistemas de atención en salud son sistemas de alto riesgo y que por lo tanto en ellos deben analizarse permanentemente tanto de manera retrospectiva cuales han sido los errores que se han cometido y han culminado en un daño al paciente(1) es por esta razón que es bueno que las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud cuenten con un sistema único de habilitación el cual Es el conjunto de normas, requisitos y procedimientos mediante los cuales se establece, registra, verifica y controla el cumplimiento de las condiciones básicas de capacidad tecnológica y científica, de suficiencia patrimonial y financiera y de capacidad técnico administrativa, indispensables para la entrada y permanencia en el Sistema. Texts by authors who are experts in the field and valuable information from organizations such as the Ministry of Social Protection of the Republic and the Alliance for Patient Safety of the World Health Organization were reviewed. The monograph mentions and analyzes the most relevant topics that describe the work that was done, is being done and is pending to be done in patient safety at national and international level.
