Publicación Acceso abierto Propuesta de intervención integral: salud mental de la población gestante, primer trimestre de 2022(2022-08-31) Diaz Vargas, Diana Patricia; Pérez Angulo, Nelda Paola; Amador Ahumada, ConcepciónMaternal mental health is a topic within health care that has been gaining strength worldwide, which is reflected in the protocol of care program contained in the current comprehensive care route. However, when talking about maternal mental health, it should be considered that, during the prenatal stage and perinatal period, there are different risk factors that could make a woman more inclined to develop a psychopathology; In this way, during the pandemic of COVID-19, with regard to the situation of pregnant women, it is taken into account that the health system in the Department of Córdoba faces new experiences accompanied by the physiological changes that this type of patients in a state of pregnancy entails, since, they are more likely to suffer from anguish in that period. Thus, the present study aims to propose strategies to improve accessibility, timeliness, quality and comprehensive intervention in the mental health of the pregnant population, first quarter of 2022. Likewise, methodologically, the design of the present intervention is comprised of 6 methodological steps of the Logical Framework. In conclusion, the different strategies planned in this intervention are important when dealing with a health crisis caused by the SarsCoV-2 virus, since they allow improving accessibility to mental health programs, generates opportunity in the service because the right to health without psychological complications is guaranteed and quality of care is generated in pregnant women
