In the educational progress of an institution, leadership is a skill that enhances the efficiency and equity of education of a group, not only of individuals. Its function is to improve the results and influence the motivations and abilities of all the members that belong to it, and what better way than to implement the term empowerment and authenticity to promote positive changes? In this personal leadership statement, we cover key leadership concepts, our own assumptions, and the possible implications if we implement them in institutions with a plan for future development as great leaders. The plan is to use empowerment to transform the process of being a teacher into a more authentic and open leader. Thus, the plan proposed leads to better satisfaction and growth.

This study determines the conditions by which leadership empowerment is a necessity for the field of education. In order to reach or achieve empowerment during the teaching and learning leadership of the apprentices, teachers need to start making their own cooperative decisions based on the given resources in order to take the risk of improving, enriching, and developing new proposals based on the diversity found in the educational environment. This paper focus on highlighting the importance of being an empowered teacher leader in the classroom. This guided course provided all of us with the necessary qualities and characteristics to recognize our main factions as leaders, and also how to use these characteristics to positively influence the educational system in our environment. This leadership statement proposes the need that every teacher needs to take part in leadership empowerment.

Throughout history, the concept of leadership has shifted and evolved in such a way that not only are there plenty of definitions related to it but, subsequently, different types of leadership. Due to this, when treating this topic in the educational context, the metaphorical lines between leadership and authority have been blurred. This personal leadership statement details our notions, approach, and forward-looking aspirations as teacher-leaders. This paper is a culminating learning task of a Lifelong Professional Development: Empowering Foreign Language Teachers course. Accordingly, this statement seeks to bring innovative and transformational ideas about learning and authentic leadership to the educational community as a support for their journey into the ever-changing educational system. This statement then acts as a premise and foundation to positively impact the construction of leadership and empowerment values in education as teacher-leaders.

A very difficult term to explain, leadership entails directing a group of people toward a shared objective in the most effective manner possible without sacrificing our morals and principles. Leaders are responsible for the acts they conduct. It is important to deal with the acceptance of leadership as a discipline, achieve consensus on course content, and integration on the part of the staff and influence the intrinsic motivation of students to achieve their progress. We must move toward transformational leadership, in order to form the foundation that strengthens us to take hold of distributive leadership. In this scenario, it is vital to consider the interrelated factors that have been identified, such as personal, social, structural, contextual, and developmental. Educational principles must serve as a basis for supporting inclusion, participation, and engagement, as well as sustainable leadership. In fact, that process involves mentoring; placing the student at the center of learning and the practice of leadership at the center of the educational stage. Considering the flexibility and mobility demanded in a new economy, represented by the knowledge society; and the need for a new approach to leadership development.

Throughout the years there have been different methods and approaches that have evolved hand in hand with the field of education, helping teachers to implement and develop their classes in a better way. However, teacher leadership is one of the most professional ways which has been adopted in institutions for the delivery of better teaching techniques. This paper describes the different meanings of the importance of leadership and its implications in the educational sector. Thus, in this paper, we will give a response that may show our own disposition and understanding of leadership in relation to the several concepts of leadership, collaborative work, and empowerment. The plan is to empower the educational community. Consequently, this plan assists those different members of the school with the aim of achieving personal and common goals.

Lifelong professional development: empowering foreign language teachers

Current and future teachers like us and in general all the subjects involved in the challenging world of education need to keep in mind the essential role of leadership skills and their empowerment not only in teachers but also in the students. We assume collaborative work as a key strategy to achieve real leadership skills given its high relevance to developing social and cognitive skills that reinforce the acquisition of leadership skills. This paper basically attempts to follow Matshediso’s (2008) statement which focuses mainly on teachers leadership and the way how professional training help to enhance this ability not only in teachers but also in the rest of actors involved in the process, especially the students in early cognitive stages(from birth to 9). It also provides personal assumptions about the topic and finally exposes the main implications of leadership empowerment for future teachers. Following this line, the present paper works essentially around these basic questions: 1) Why is it important to be more than a teacher - to be a leader for our students? 2) How do teacher leaders include diversity in their teaching practices? 3) How can teachers as leaders improve themselves?

In education, academia recognizes the imperative to integrate dynamic assessment tools within higher education programs to cultivate appropriate leadership skills. A strategic method requires that the theoretical knowledge acquired be implemented in personalized plans for the correct development of leadership. This exposition outlines a concise but powerful plan for the development of transformational leadership, based on the esteemed Academic Model of the University of Córdoba. Integrated into the Transformational Leadership and Innovation course curriculum, this plan prepares aspiring leaders to imbue their academic leadership frameworks with the principles of transformational leadership. Serving as a guiding framework for greater leadership effectiveness, this outlined plan clarifies effective implementation.

Primarily, teacher leadership is based on extending and teaching beyond educational settings, highlighting the importance and influence of educators assuming leadership roles in their own schools and communities. In this context, adaptive leadership stands out as a key dimension of decision making, emphasizing the inevitable, strategic changes and challenges that teachers bring to their leadership roles. This paper explores the general concept of teacher leadership with a specific focus on adaptive leadership. This personal leadership statement will determine our major focus, qualities and also future practices as teacher leaders or future professionals, as well as describe a short-term adaptive leadership development plan rooted in the professional educational setting that examines the characteristics and impact of this perspective in the context of teacher leadership. Throughout the paper, we will provide a response that reflects an articulation of our current understanding of leadership in relation to the various concepts of what leadership is, our assumptions about it, empowerment, collaborative work, and also the implications for our educational practices. The plan is a culminating learning assignment of a course primarily in Leadership, Empowerment and Innovation. Finally, this statement infers and represents a breakthrough with major leadership changes through the process, full of professional goals at the university level.

As future leaders, we want to encourage others to become the best version of themselves. Being ourselves is an inspiring source of inspiration to the followers from the result of collaborative and cooperative work, trust, integrity, and responsibility. We want to strive to change the lives of others and overcome the challenges, we may encounter along the way, taking advantage of these shifts to renew ourselves. We are also willing to go beyond our own selfinterest to evolve the old paradigm mindset into a new paradigm, in which factors such as empowerment, crisis management, diversity, among others, are the key elements of our philosophy as leaders. Therefore, not only are we the leaders in control but together with our team, we use our skills and weaknesses to work towards our common goal of creating positive change in our communities.

The need for opportunities that enhance the leadership capacities of both staff and students is well recognized within educational communities. To address this, it is crucial not only to acknowledge the necessity but also to take active steps, such as implementing courses that support the management skills of both managers and teachers. This article presents a development plan aimed at fostering leadership capabilities in students, both individually and in teams, over the short and medium term. The plan is backed by research, including studies by Daft (2008), which highlight the importance of group dynamics. Consequently, the plan prepares teachers and students for transformational leadership roles, integrating these skills throughout their educational journey. This initiative aims to define strategies that maximize the potential for success and leadership in educational contexts.

Promotion of values through english learning: internship experience implementing tbl and cooperative learning

ENG: This document is an internship report, which delves into the implementation of Task-Based Learning (TBL) and Cooperative Learning strategies to promote values through English learning. Throughout the internship, I engaged in designing and delivering lessons that emphasized planning, creativity, and adaptation in the classroom. The experience facilitated the development of essential teaching skills such as lesson planning, delivery, evaluation, and effective classroom management. By integrating TBL and Cooperative Learning, I fostered collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving among students, ultimately preparing them to be informed global citizens. The report reflects on the transformative potential of innovative pedagogies in enhancing the educational experience and nurturing essential skills for future generations.
