The objective of this study was to evaluate the physical condition of the users of the Montelíbano saludable physical activity program. A total of 3 PA tests were applied. Muscle strength (abdominal) was performed from the Fitnessgram battery of physical aptitude tests and the evaluation of body composition and the AAPHERD battery, the Queens College step-climbing test was performed. The sample was carried out on 50 users belonging to the program, specifically 40 female users (n-39) and 10 male users (n-11) from the municipality of Montelíbano. Regarding the components of physical fitness, aerobic resistance (Queens College Step Test), flexibility (modified Sit and Reach Test) and resistance to force were evaluated (in the same way, vital signs were taken at rest such as such as blood pressure TA, heart rate at rest FCR.In conclusion, the measures evaluated showed low levels of resistance, flexibility, and physical recovery.
