This application and deepening work refers to the documentary design for compliance with minimum standards according to resolution 0312 of 2019 of the occupational health and safety management system of the "Fundación para el Desarrollo Comunitario de la Iglesia Cristo El Salvador" in Cotorra-Córdoba, a company committed to the defense of children in poverty and dedicated to promoting the integral growth of children and adolescents with limited resources, with the aim of freeing them from their spiritual, physical, cognitive and socio-emotional poverty. The methodology consists of carrying out an initial diagnosis of the status of the Foundation against the requirements established by resolution 0312 of 2019. Subsequently, the identification of hazards, evaluation and assessment of risks is carried out for each of the organization's processes, applying the GTC-45 methodology, thus determining the appropriate controls to avoid accidents at work and occupational diseases that may affect workers. Based on the results found in the two previous activities, all the requirements are established at the documentary level in accordance with the standards referred to in the resolution.
