Tumor growth is a complex process, dependent on the proliferation of tumor cells in the host tissue and the maximum capacity of the tissue. In general, a tumor has an irregular shape and the study of its geometric properties gives us information about the degree of malignancy of these. The understanding of this phenomenon is of vital importance to establish a suitable therapeutic diagnosis and strategies begins with an evaluation of its complex morphology with suitable descriptors. Prostate tumors have rough surfaces. In this sense the scaling analysis, is a powerful tool used in the study of such surfaces, together with fractal geometry, elements that allow to determining some of its their geometric properties. In this present work, a live diagnosis and 3D will be made, with magnetic resonance imaging, prostate cancer, taking into account the dynamics of the scaling analysis, the fractability of the geometry present in each of the lesions in study.
