(2021-06-28) Fajardo Ortíz, Luz Celys; Frias Arredondo, Valery Victoria; Amador Ahumada, Concepción
This intervention is intended to generate information for the Health Service Provider Institutions (IPS) on the accreditation and its benefits. Probably due to the lack of knowledge on the part of the actors in charge, as well as in making the decision to start a high quality process in health such as accreditation, they may be missing out on great benefits such as prestige, recognition, greater contracts, satisfaction for users, peace of mind for insurers regarding the provision of the service, greater number of users, greater coverage, growth in their profits and possible increase in their cash flow, generated by the accreditation. The objective is to design an intervention proposal to provide pertinent information on accreditation with the logical framework methodology, allowing the IPS directives to know the benefits, through the management of resources necessary for the acquisition of innovative technology, establishing standards of negotiation with suppliers defining the training schedule on accreditation of human talent and implementing mechanisms for evaluating the scope of continuous improvement. The intervention proposal seeks to provide these institutions with adequate and important information in the accreditation process in case their directives decide to carry out this process, where they will undoubtedly obtain great benefits.
