dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo del liderazgo es fundamental en la formación docente, especialmente para quienes buscan inspirar y apoyar a otros en entornos educativos. Este artículo presenta una declaración personal de liderazgo basada en el enfoque de liderazgo transformacional, destacando valores como la colaboración, el empoderamiento y la visión compartida. Su objetivo es ayudar a futuros docentes a convertirse en líderes que motiven y guíen a sus comunidades. Uno de los problemas abordados es la brecha entre las teorías de liderazgo enseñadas en los cursos académicos y su aplicación en la práctica. Para enfrentar este desafío, los autores proponen un plan de liderazgo basado en la reflexión, la colaboración entre pares y estrategias de empoderamiento. Estas herramientas buscan hacer que las prácticas de liderazgo sean más significativas y efectivas en contextos educativos. Al aplicar principios del liderazgo transformacional, este trabajo ofrece una forma de conectar la teoría con la acción y fomentar el crecimiento personal y profesional. | |
dc.description.abstract | Leadership development is essential in teacher education, especially for those who aim to inspire and support others in learning environments. This paper presents a personal leadership statement created from a transformational leadership perspective, focusing on values such as collaboration, empowerment, and shared vision. The purpose is to help future educators grow into leaders who motivate and guide their communities. A key problem addressed in this work is the gap between leadership theories taught in academic courses and their real-world application. To respond to this challenge, the authors propose a leadership plan based on reflection, peer collaboration, and empowerment strategies. These tools aim to make leadership practices more meaningful and effective in educational settings. By applying transformational leadership principles, this work offers a way to connect theory with action and support personal and professional growth. | eng |
