dc.description.abstractEl cultivo del banano constituye una de las principales fuentes de ingreso en la economía de más de 120 países en el trópico y subtrópico. En Colombia ocupan aproximadamente 60.000 hectáreas, lo que equivale al 7% de la superficie total plantada de cultivos frutícolas. La práctica empresarial fue realizada en la empresa GRUPO 20. S.A, empresa bananera, ubicada en la zona de Urabá, Antioquia. Durante la ejecución de esta práctica, se realizaron actividades en finca Punto Fijo y María Bonita. Este trabajo se realizó con el fin de desarrollar actividades enfocadas en las labores de protección de fruta realizadas por los operarios, siguiendo el manual interno de procedimientos, se identificaron las principales problemáticas que afectaban el aspecto físico de la fruta, y para dar solución a esto se tuvo en cuenta el manejo de labores en campo y de este modo se valoró la importancia que representa la evaluación de la ejecución de dichas actividades dentro del cultivo, contribuyeron a la eficacia en el proceso de producción y a la implementación de estrategias de corrección oportuna que a su vez permiten obtener un producto final con la calidad que se solicita dentro de las exigencias del mercado. Adicional a eso, se le hizo seguimiento a la longitud y grado de la última mano del racimo por medio de mediciones al desmane F+1 y F+2, desde que se ejecuta el desmane, hasta las 9 semana después de prisión, donde se encontró que el desmane F+2 obtuvo mejores resultados con respecto al desmane F+1en la acumulación de asimilados y mayor ganancia de longitud y grado en los el frutospa
dc.description.abstractBanana cultivation is one of the main sources of income in the economy of more than 120 countries in the tropics and subtropics. In Colombia they occupy approximately 60,000 hectares, which is equivalent to 7% of the total area planted with fruit crops. The business practice was carried out in the company GRUPO 20.S.A, a banana company, located in the area of Urabá, Antioquia. During the execution of this practice, activities were carried out on the Punto Fijo and María Bonita farms. This work was carried out in order to develop activities focused on the fruit protection tasks carried out by the operators, following the internal procedures manual, the main problems that affected the physical appearance of the fruit were identified, and to solve this. the management of field work was taken into account and in this way the importance of evaluating the execution of said activities within the crop was valued, they contributed to the efficiency in the production process and to the implementation of timely correction strategies that at the same time they allow to obtain a final product with the quality that is requested within the demands of the market. In addition to this, the length and degree of the last hand of the bunch was monitored by means of measurements at F+1 and F+2 dishandling, from the time the dishandling was carried out, until 9 weeks after imprisonment, where found that the dehandling F+2 obtained better results with respect to the dehandling F+1 in the accumulation of assimilates and greater gain in length and grade in the fruit.eng
