Achieving a goal is often the main priority of leaders and followers alike. However, the significance of moral and core values in leadership is often neglected for the sake of the goal. Therefore, this paper explores how moral leadership can inspire others to work collaboratively on reaching a goal while uploading good moral and core values. The purpose of this paper is to articulate an original response about the concepts of leadership and moral leadership, our assumptions regarding them, leadership empowerment, and implications for the future. As a result, a leadership plan was designed to promote moral leadership as a means to foster a safe environment in schools. The plan aims to train individuals within the school in the principles of moral leadership, so they are empowered to work as one and make decisions that benefit the schools grounded on a strong moral foundation.eng
