A test bench was designed and built to study the operating variables (power, torque, speed, fuel consumption) of a four-stroke single-cylinder Gasoline internal combustion engine according to the theory of mechanical design; in which tests were carried out modifying the operating speed of the engine, making measurements of fuel consumption, torque and power. Solidworks software was used for the design of the bench and its respective static analysis. The engine used is an AKT 110 cc semi-automatic with four gears. As a result of the tests, the curves that relate fuel consumption, power, torque with engine speeds in each of the gears were obtained.
