As future leaders, we want to encourage others to become the best version of themselves. Being ourselves is an inspiring source of inspiration to the followers from the result of collaborative and cooperative work, trust, integrity, and responsibility. We want to strive to change the lives of others and overcome the challenges, we may encounter along the way, taking advantage of these shifts to renew ourselves. We are also willing to go beyond our own self￾interest to evolve the old paradigm mindset into a new paradigm, in which factors such as empowerment, crisis management, diversity, among others, are the key elements of our philosophy as leaders. Therefore, not only are we the leaders in control but together with our team, we use our skills and weaknesses to work towards our common goal of creating positive change in our communities.spa
