dc.description.abstract | En este documento, encontrará nuestra declaración de liderazgo personal, acompañada de una búsqueda meticulosa de qué es el liderazgo, cómo impacta positivamente el campo de la enseñanza, las implicaciones para el futuro en el campo de la educacion y la importania de empoderar docentes para ser lideres. Este es un documento muy interesante y enriquecedor porque también se basa en nuestra experiencia como practicantes, por lo que esperamos que sea de gran ayuda para los actuales y futuras generaciones de profesores. | spa |
