dc.description.abstractThe development of leadership abilities to guide quality education and inspire students to achieve higher performance has become a primary objective. This paper focused on student leadership, to achieve high accomplishments, it is essential to conduct leadership in the academic field, specifically as student leaders. In this personal leadership statement, diverse concepts, and perceptions of what being a good leader means, assumptions, empowerment, and implications for the future were reflected upon. The plan is to incorporate students' participation in leadership, considering the strategies and empowerment in structured programs, inclusive decision-making, and an innovative approach to foreign language education, ensuring a practical and impactful implementation in schools.eng
