dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo del liderazgo como medio para promover la calidad de la educación, fomentar un entorno de aprendizaje enriquecedor e inspirar a los alumnos a alcanzar su máximo potencial se ha convertido en un objetivo fundamental en el entorno educativo. Este artículo profundiza en la perspectiva del liderazgo docente, destacando el papel vital de los educadores en el fomento de una cultura de aprendizaje, influyendo en cambios significativos y remodelando las prácticas educativas que impactarán la educación en el futuro. En esta declaración de liderazgo personal se reflejan diferentes perspectivas y conceptos de lo que significa ser un buen líder, así como suposiciones, empoderamiento e implicaciones para el futuro. El plan es involucrar a los docentes en estrategias de liderazgo innovadoras donde tengan la posibilidad de desarrollar un trabajo colaborativo a través de una comunicación efectiva con propósitos claros, en beneficio de las escuelas y su entorno, lo que repercutirá en los estándares de calidad.spa
dc.description.abstractThe development of leadership as a means of promoting quality in education, fostering an enriching learning environment and inspiring learners to reach their highest potencial has emerged as a fundamental goal in the educational setting. This paper delves into teacher leadership perspective, highlighting educators' vital role in fostering a culture of learning, influencing significant change, and reshaping educational practices that will impact education heading forward. Different perspectives and concepts of what it means to be a good leader, as well as assumptions, empowerment, and implications for the future, have been reflected in this personal leadership statement. The plan is to engage teachers in innovative leadership strategies where they have the possibility to develop collaborative work through effective communication with clear purposes, for the benefit of the schools and their environment, which will have an impact on quality standards.eng
