dc.description.abstractPromover un liderazgo efectivo en la educación se ha vuelto esencial para mejorar la calidad, fomentar un entorno de aprendizaje solidario y alentar a los estudiantes a alcanzar su máximo potencial. Este documento explora la perspectiva del liderazgo docente, delineando los procesos esenciales que un docente debe adoptar para crear un ambiente educativo productivo y empoderador, promoviendo una cultura de colaboración, impulsando cambios transformadores y moldeando prácticas que eleven los estándares educativos. A través de esta declaración de liderazgo personal, examinamos diferentes interpretaciones del liderazgo efectivo, el papel de la formación docente y las implicaciones del liderazgo orientado al futuro.spa
dc.description.abstractPromoting effective leadership in education has become essential in enhancing quality, fostering a supportive learning environment, and encouraging students to reach their full potential. This paper explores the teacher leadership perspective, outlining the essential processes that a teacher must embrace to foster a productive and empowering educational environment as a culture of collaboration, driving transformative change, and shaping practices that advance educational standards. Leadership has long been integral to educational progress, helping teachers innovate and adapt in ways that enhance their teaching practices. This work provides a framework for guiding teachers on their leadership of the next generation of educators and positively impacting the educational standards within their schools. Through this personal leadership statement, we examine different interpretations of effective leadership, the role of teacher training, and the implications of future-guided leadership.eng
