To improve the current education system, this leadership statement explores the concept of leadership empowerment, the implications of strategic leadership, and the necessity for long-term planning and decision-making. The paper also promotes the adoption of a strategic leadership viewpoint that builds a supportive atmosphere, resolves academic inequities, and empowers educators to improve the overall educational experience.eng
