Este informe presenta el registro histórico de la asignación de puntos salariales y bonificaciones otorgados por el CIARP de la Universidad de Córdoba entre 2014 y 2024. Se recopilaron, organizaron y sistematizaron datos de actas, resoluciones y bases internas con el fin de consolidar la información existente, facilitando su consulta y análisis en futuros procesos administrativos e investigativos, como resultado se expone la evolución anual de los estímulos otorgados, identificando tendencias, cambios relevantes y la participación de los diferentes programas académicos en la recepción de puntos, el informe contribuye al fortalecimiento de la gestión documental del CIARP y sirve como insumo para comprender la dinámica del sistema de incentivos en la universidad durante la última década.

This report presents the historical record of the allocation of salary points and bonuses granted by the CIARP of the University of Córdoba between 2014 and 2024. Data from minutes, resolutions, and internal databases were collected, organized, and systematized to consolidate the existing information, facilitating its consultation and analysis for future administrative and research processes. As a result, the report shows the annual evolution of the incentives granted, identifying trends, relevant changes, and the participation of the different academic programs in receiving points. The report contributes to strengthening the CIARP’s document management and serves as a resource to understand the dynamics of the incentive system at the university over the past decade.

This document consolidates the historical information on the allocation of salary points and bonuses granted by the CIARP of the University of Córdoba between 2014 and 2024 for consultation, analysis, and support in future administrative and academic processes. It was prepared within the framework of the academic internship of the Business Administration in Finance and International Business program, Faculty of Economic, Legal and Administrative Sciences. The report includes graphical analyses, comparative tables, and systematization of data by year, type of incentive, and academic program, in order to contribute to strengthening institutional document management within the Academic Vice-Rectory and the CIARP. The file is structured to facilitate its use as an input for internal research processes and to support decision-making regarding the incentive system at the University of Córdoba.
