dc.description.abstract | The educational system is aware of the need for institutions to have empowered teachers willing to transform teaching methodologies. One way to generate this change is to prepare leaders who listen to ideas, motivate and understand the shortcomings of the educational system. This paper presents an overview of the theories around the concept of "leadership" to take elements that facilitate the understanding and functioning of a good leader, taking into account the perspective of transformational leadership and based on their own actions and experiences as teachers in the development of strategies that facilitate the learning environment as transformational leaders. | spa |
