dc.description.abstractFomentar el liderazgo estudiantil a través de la toma de decisiones compartida y la colaboración en el aula es esencial para construir experiencias educativas inclusivas y empoderadoras. Este documento explora el liderazgo estudiantil como un proceso colaborativo e inclusivo que fortalece la agencia, la participación y la responsabilidad de los estudiantes. Basado en reflexiones teóricas y experienciales, el texto destaca el papel de la empatía, la comunicación y la toma de decisiones compartida para empoderar a los aprendices y convertirlos en contribuyentes activos dentro de sus comunidades educativas. Además, se presenta un plan de implementación en cuatro fases diseñado para fomentar el desarrollo del liderazgo mediante la co-creación, la reflexión y una participación significativa en el aula. El objetivo es promover la voz del estudiante y transformar las dinámicas tradicionales en experiencias de aprendizaje participativas y empoderadoras.spa
dc.description.abstractFostering student leadership through shared decision-making and classroom collaboration is essential for building inclusive and empowering educational experiences. This paper explores student leadership as a collaborative and inclusive process that enhances student agency, engagement, and responsibility. Grounded in theoretical and experiential reflections, the statement emphasizes the role of empathy, communication, and shared decision-making in empowering learners to become active contributors in their educational communities. The statement also presents a four-phase implementation plan designed to foster leadership development through co-creation, reflection, and meaningful classroom participation. The goal is to promote student voice and transform traditional dynamics into participatory and empowering learning experiences.eng
