dc.description.abstractLos contextos educativos modernos exigen que los profesores adopten roles de liderazgo que van más allá de la instrucción en el aula para impulsar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Esta declaración de liderazgo explora el papel del liderazgo docente como un proceso dinámico y colaborativo arraigado en la influencia, el empoderamiento y el crecimiento profesional. En este sentido, es necesaria una comprensión clara de los conceptos que rodean el liderazgo educativo y el empoderamiento. Este documento presenta un plan de empoderamiento de liderazgo destinado a ayudar a los educadores a comprender los conceptos de liderazgo, identificar actitudes clave y aplicarlas para mejorar las prácticas de enseñanza y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. El plan es una tarea de aprendizaje culminante de un curso de liderazgo y diploma de maestros. Por lo tanto, el plan refleja un cambio en las suposiciones sobre la enseñanza y fomenta la transformación escolar dirigida por el profesor a través del empoderamiento y el liderazgo centrado en el estudiante. Esta perspectiva de liderazgo enfatiza el empoderamiento, la colaboración y la adaptabilidad como cualidades esenciales para los educadores del siglo XXI.spa
dc.description.abstractModern educational contexts demand that teachers embrace leadership roles that go beyond classroom instruction to boost student learning. This leadership statement explores the role of teacher leadership as a dynamic and collaborative process rooted in influence, empowerment, and professional growth. In this sense, a clear understanding of the concepts surrounding educational leadership and empowerment is necessary. This paper presents a leadership empowerment plan aimed at helping educators understand leadership concepts, identify key attitudes, and apply them to improve teaching practices and student learning. The plan is a culminating learning task of a Teacher Leadership and Diploma course. Thus, the plan reflects a shift in assumptions about teaching and encourages teacher-led school transformation through empowerment and student-centered leadership. This leadership perspective emphasizes empowerment, collaboration, and adaptability as essential qualities for 21st-century educators.eng
