The following report describes my internship experience at the Santa María Goretti Educational Institution with sixth and seventh grade students. The main objective was to improve English vocabulary through reading activities, implementing the Task Based Learning approach aligned with gamification strategies. Through dynamic activities, participation, collaborative learning and word recognition in real contexts were promoted. Despite limitations such as class time and the large number of students, the practice was adapted to provide a meaningful experience. This process contributed to the strengthening of pedagogical, personal and communicative competencies. In addition, this document discusses the underlying theories, methodology, gains, conclusions, limitations, and recommendations of the process in which I was immersed.eng
