dc.description.abstract | To improve school conditions and increase student motivation, different education fields should implement various learning techniques and link them to personal growth and leadership development. A transformational leadership approach has been developed based on student´s needs. This statement includes learning assignments on transformational leadership principles and inclusive courses. It challenges students to incorporate them into their leadership plans when solving problems in different life contexts. The plan provides a blueprint for fostering leadership acquisition and justifying learning from peers. | |
