dc.description.abstract | Este texto presenta una visión del liderazgo educativo centrado en la empatía, la adaptación y la colaboración. Se destaca el liderazgo docente como clave para mejorar la enseñanza y el aprendizaje, especialmente en contextos diversos como la educación en lenguas extranjeras. El liderazgo efectivo implica reflexionar sobre nuestras creencias, empoderar a otros docentes, fomentar la toma de decisiones compartida y crear entornos inclusivos. El objetivo final es construir escuelas que promuevan la equidad, el pensamiento crítico y el crecimiento profesional continuo para transformar la educación. | spa |
