dc.description.abstract | This internship report on the topic of listening and motivation could address how learning listening comprehension was developed and applied in a practical setting. Below is an example of how this report could be structured. During my internship at Colegio Madre Bernarda, I had the opportunity to apply my listening and motivation skills specifically in the area of listening. Motivation can be presented as the driving force behind the desire to improve these skills, as well as the reason behind the importance of honing them for professional performance. The motivation to improve listening skills during this internship was driven by the need to develop professionally in a globalized and multicultural environment. In today's working world, effective communication, especially in a second language such as English, is an indispensable requirement, and listening comprehension is one of the key skills to succeed in meetings, negotiations, and presentations. | eng |
dc.description.abstract | Este reporte de pasantía que hable sobre el tema de escucha y motivacion podría abordar cómo se desarrolló y aplicó el aprendizaje de la comprensión auditiva en un entorno práctico. A continuación, te doy un ejemplo de cómo podría estructurarse este reporte. Durante mi pasantía en el colegio Madre Bernarda, tuve la oportunidad de aplicar mis habilidades de motivacion y escicha específicamente en el ámbito de la escucha. La motivación puede ser presentada como el motor que impulsa el deseo de mejorar en estas habilidades, así como la razón detrás de la importancia de perfeccionarlas para el desempeño profesional. La motivación para mejorar las habilidades de escucha durante esta pasantía fue impulsada por la necesidad de desarrollarme profesionalmente en un entorno globalizado y multicultural. En el mundo laboral actual, la comunicación efectiva, especialmente en un segundo idioma como el inglés, es un requisito indispensable, y la comprensión auditiva es una de las habilidades clave para tener éxito en reuniones, negociaciones y presentaciones. | spa |
