dc.description.abstract | La pandemia originada por COVID 19 trajo consigo innumerables alteraciones en los colectivos humanos, resaltando los trastornos mentales como una de las afectaciones más significativas. Las transformaciones originadas a raíz de la diseminación del SARS-CoV-2, implicó la adaptación a nuevos contextos personales y laborales de la vida cotidiana dentro de estos, el sector académico ocupó un lugar primordial. Objetivo: Determinar los efectos de la pandemia por COVID-19 en la salud mental de los docentes activos durante el distanciamiento social obligatorio en Córdoba (Colombia) en 2020-2021. Materiales y métodos: La investigación fue cuantitativa, descriptiva, retrospectiva y transversal. La población correspondió a 19.142 docentes activos durante el distanciamiento social obligatorio en el departamento de Córdoba durante los años 2020-2021. Se realizó un muestreo de tipo aleatorio simple. El tamaño de la muestra fue de 263 docentes. Se realizó acercamiento a la población a través de un instrumento virtual tipo encuesta aprobado por expertos. Para el análisis se utilizaron medidas de estadística descriptiva e inferencial. Resultados: Los docentes calificaron para niveles medios de estrés (57%), insomnio (58,6%), Padecieron preocupación e intranquilidad (85,2%), cansancio y falta de energía (63,9%), miedo repentino y nerviosismo (49,4%) sumado a tristeza y ganas de llorar (49%). | spa |
dc.description.abstract | The pandemic caused by COVID 19 brought with it innumerable alterations in human groups, highlighting mental disorders as one of the most significant effects. The transformations originated as a result of the spread of SARS-CoV-2, implied the adaptation to new personal and work contexts of daily life within these, the academic sector occupied a fundamental place. Objective: To determine the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of active teachers during mandatory social distancing in Córdoba (Colombia) in 2020-2021. Materials and methods: The research was quantitative, descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional. The population corresponded to 19,142 active teachers during the mandatory social distancing in the department of Córdoba during the years 2020-2021. A simple random sampling was carried out. The sample size was 263 teachers. The population was approached through a virtual survey-type instrument approved by experts. Descriptive and inferential statistical measures were used for the analysis. Results: Teachers rated for medium levels of stress (57%), insomnia (58.6%), suffered worry and restlessness (85.2%), tiredness and lack of energy (63.9%), sudden fear and nervousness (49.4%) added to sadness and desire to cry (49%) . | eng |
