dc.description.abstract | The concept of leadership can vary depending on the point of view from which it is viewed and the type of leadership being discussed. In this paper we will explore the concept of moral leadership and its implications for future teacher leaders. The objective is to examine how moral leadership, which involves making decisions based on ethical principles and prioritizing the common good, can be applied in educational settings. A particular focus is placed on moral leadership in foreign language classrooms, where diverse perspectives and backgrounds are common. This paper elaborates on the importance of leadership empowerment in creating a positive learning environment. It suggests strategies such as providing regular training, coaching, and opportunities for teachers to take on leadership roles. and conclude that effective moral leadership in schools requires setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and enabling ongoing professional development of teachers. | eng |
dc.description.abstract | El concepto de liderazgo puede variar según el punto de vista desde el que se mire y el tipo de liderazgo del que se hable. En este artículo exploraremos el concepto de liderazgo moral y sus implicaciones para los futuros líderes docentes. El objetivo es examinar cómo el liderazgo moral, que implica tomar decisiones basadas en principios éticos y dar prioridad al bien común, puede aplicarse en entornos educativos. Se hace especial hincapié en el liderazgo moral en las aulas de lenguas extranjeras, donde son comunes las perspectivas y los orígenes diversos. En este artículo se explica la importancia de la capacitación del liderazgo para crear un entorno de aprendizaje positivo. Sugiere estrategias como la formación periódica, el entrenamiento y las oportunidades para que los profesores asuman funciones de liderazgo. Y concluye que un liderazgo moral eficaz en las escuelas requiere establecer objetivos claros, fomentar la colaboración y permitir el desarrollo profesional continuo de los profesores. | spa |
